REGISTRATION Class registration
is accepted by mail or in person at the JMJ Dance Studio
at 19 Keefe Road, Acton, MA. We do not accept telephone
registration, or online registration at this time. Mail
registration forms and payment to: JMJ Dance, 19 Keefe
Road, Acton, MA 01720. Make checks payable to JMJ Dance
Studio.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
Full tuition should be paid by the first day of the term.
Tuition is due on or before the end of the second week,
or the student may not be able to continue in the class.
Your slot is guaranteed only when at least the deposit
and registration form are both received. You will not
be notified when we receive your registration unless the
class is full, but you are welcome to contact us via phone
or e-mail if you would like to confirm your enrollment.
Your tuition will be refunded in full if the class is
cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. REFUNDS WILL
BE GIVEN FOR A DROPPED CLASS ONLY IS WE ARE NOTIFIED AT
LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE START OF THE FIRST CLASS. The
$25 deposit will be retained as the cancellation fee.
INCLEMENT WEATHER JMJ
Dance classes will be cancelled when Acton Public Schools
are closed due to inclement weather. Every effort will
be made to hold make-up classes in the event of cancellations,
but if that is not possible due to time and/or space constraints,
no tuition refund will be issued.
FINANCIAL AID Financial
aid is always available. Requests can be made directly
to the Director, Jennifer Jarvis.
AGE CONSIDERATIONS JMJ
Dance strives to combine ages with classes to facilitate
appropriate and effective learning environments. Please
enroll your child in the class that best matches their
age or grade level.
DROP OFF/PICK UP JMJ Dance
classes are drop-off classes. Parents and caregivers may
wait outside the dance studio in the waiting room or hallway
if they choose until the class is over, but for the comfort
of all students, they are requested not to remain in the
dance studio or watch from the door once the class has
begun.
